The upper porch boasts five Phantom motorized dual roller screens, surrounding the outdoor living & dining room and outdoor kitchen & grill, offering the home protection from the bugs with the mesh, or climate-controlled spaced with the clear vinyl. This upper patio is ready for hosting all season long!
Meanwhile, on the lower porch, two Phantom motorized screens offer a cozy space for restful slumber and a lower patio off the billiards room, making it a haven for tranquil evenings and lively gatherings.
These additions allow its residents to enjoy endless entertaining any time of the year bug free, pollen protected, and temperature controlled.

Together, they’ve crafted their own little piece of paradise, nestled in the rolling hills of Williamson County, with a home that adapts to anything the Nashville climate throws at it.

We’re here to help you customize your screen to suit your style and home. Choose from one of our nine ready-to-order standard colors or our wood grain options. Still can’t find your perfect match? No problem, we also offer custom color options to perfectly match your space.
Your screen’s material gives you a surprising amount of control over what comes in and out of your space. Choose a tighter or looser mesh—or even vinyl or blackout fabric—for your ideal combination of air, light, heat, and bugs.
Phantom has partnered with Somfy® to provide a wide range of remote controls and sensor options. Our motorized screens can be integrated into most home automation systems, including Lutron®, Crestron®, and smartphone devices. From hand-held remotes to wall switches to sun & wind sensors, you’ll never break a sweat with a motorized screen. Choose whichever control option is easiest for you.
When you get your new screens installed, you’ll hardly notice the installation process. We stand proudly behind our stance on “never DIY, always WDIFY” (we do it for you). Besides, we know what we’re doing, we’ve had over 30 years to work out all the bugs (literally). Backed by our industry-leading limited lifetime warranty, having fresh air installed is easy-breeze-y.
